We opened our first Chido Taco location at 2330 Bale St in Raleigh because we wanted to serve real Mexican food that felt familiar. Nothing fancy — just tacos, burritos, and tortas made the right way. From day one, our focus has been on keeping things simple, fresh, and honest.
